you wouldn't want to raise them for meat after you had to
pluck one. :p gutting is nothing, but plucking is just a
*huge* pain in the ***. OTOH, if you aren't planning to roast
it, you could just skin it & skip the whole boiling water &
tweezers for the pin feathers mess...
my chickens are for eggs because i hate plucking.
