It's not ranting to me -- I was a vegetarian for many years, also lacto,
also ovo -- I've been thru it all, and back again. Probably confusing all
the family and relatives along the way. It's easier not to explain and just
say I'm a vegetarian. Most people don't know the difference anyway.
