Hey Jill, this looks good.
Now I need to pick your brains again. I bought a 2kg bag of "catering quality" frozen peas yesterday - but they are so tough, I think they will only be good enough for soup ;)
DH wants to make traditional Dutch pea soup, and I have googled, but there are so many variations, I am not sure which would be best. I know you are supposed to use dried peas, but a few recipes did say you could use "fresh". I really don't want to waste the peas. Do you have a favourite recipe?
