Yup -- I lost 46 pounds a year or so ago via doctor supervised
low-cal diet (as an alternative to surgery). Unfortunately, I've
gotten 24 of them back; maintenance can be tough, no matter how
one lost their weight.

Good for you! (First part, not second part -- I have no opinion on
Atkins.) I'm just trying to keep from gaining until school starts,
when I can pick up my exercise routine again...
