And from Southcentral Alaska: salmon, halibut, raspberries,
blueberries (soon, very soon), and moose (if you like that). Sourdough
pancakes (and sourdough bread. Both best served at The Bake Shop in
Girdwood). Cornfritters (often found at the markets and fairs with
beer batter halibut). *Giant* vegetables at the fair (although I've
been told that once they get that big, they're not worth eating).
