Trail ride goes wrong in SoCal

Horse startled by another falls off trail, and dies of injuries. Two other horses require airlift out.
From the OC Register's account:

The incident occurred around 9:30 a.m. just an hour and a half after the group of 45 riders had left the Trabuco Fliers airfield, a place they camped don the first night.
