the intro year.

Now I have a small issue with that... he has never taken a chem lab and
here he has a year of college chem.  Seem right to you?  I think the
college level AP classes perhaps should have a lab practicum also if
they are supposed to be equivalent to intro chem.

If he is just going to be repeating what he has demonstrated that he
knows, his credits are best used elsewhere. They get a lot of lab work
and get proficient in it very quickly if they are going to last.
