Re: Whaddya think about this?

You haven't answered it at all, and you know it. Using idioms instead of putting a dollar value is being intentionally obtuse. Your repeated refusal to answer it leaves me to believe your description of this situation isn't as honest and straightforward as you would have us all to believe.

You're a smart cookie. I have given you everything you need to put a dollar figure on them. Tell me what YOU think they're worth. That piece of the puzzle is YOUR argument, not mine. IMO, it is somewhat irrelevant.

You asked for our opinions. I offered mine, with the caveat that "if these horses have value, it may not be a bad decision". You have repeatedly challenged and questioned how I arrived at that opinion, but also repeatedly refuse to give any dollar estimate of the horses' value.

JC, my point is clearly based on ethics and responsibility, as well as the mission of rescues and the abuse of same by people who see them as an animal clearing house.

You can't have it both ways. If you want our opinions about this particular situation you need to provide enough detail for us to give INFORMED opinions.

At this point, I am pretty sure you have made your opinion very clear. Why do you keep hammering away? Take the information I've given, determine what you think such an animal might be worth in the stated situation, and make yourself feel better.

How many times shall I say that good horses are worth very little here, and mediocre ones are throwaways? Do you not get it? If you want to force your point, force it on yourself and figure it out. It is of little matter IMO.

Back atcha in spades, babe.

You are such a formidable adversary. I bow at the keyboard upon which you type.
