got the TB mares' papers - Breeder's Cup?

Hi all. So I got the papers on the mares. We already knew Appleness'
name and got a report on her from Equineline.com. But on her papers
we see she's fully nominated to the Breeder's Cup. I read on Wiki
about that but I am not sure what it means, if anything, for now... I
assume it means somebody thought she was going to be a nice racing
mare and spent the money hoping she'd do one of those races, but other
than that I have no idea. Even if nominated, is there still some sort
of selection process? Entry fees need to be paid or does this mean
she doesn't have to pay entry fees? I seem to remember from Dreamer
that there are big entry fees for the Breeder's Cup (uh, I think
that's the race they put her in.. I'll have to watch the movie again,
LOL.)

Anyway I also put up video of her third session under saddle here -
her third ever since coming off the track almost 5 months ago. She is
doing GREAT great great. She is energetic and alert and willing but
not lazy or slow and so far has not spooked once. I really like her.
You can see her new pics and video here:

As for the other mare, her registered name is Restless Rocket. Her
sire seems a bit nicer than Appleness' sire but her dam side seems not
quite as nice - but I really don't know much about TB bloodlines and
I'm only going by money won racing and offspring. Do any of you have
any info on either of their pedigrees? I'd appreciate hearing it! I
have a couple pics and a video of her also but she is not as far along
as Apple. She is afraid of shadow (I mean that literally, you can see
how slowly she walks out in the sun, after shying from her shadow a
few times - she is much more forward and not as balky in the shade! -
whoops, I just checked, and I have not put that video up yet) but she
is honest and the sweetest thing and she never gets upset and just
tries tries tries. Anyway her stuff is all here: http://www.allisonacres.org/gidget.html

In other TB mare news, the TB mare She's Right owned by my boarder
sold yesterday for $800. My boarder is quite happy she only has the
one horse to pay board on now, the half Friesian filly. If you want
to see the filly, I have some video of the dam for the sale page
that's still up - you can see it here:
http://www.allisonacres.org/shesright.html
I really like that filly! I still have my half Friesian, Captain, the
big oaf. This little girl is more delicate and has less bone and is
very feminine. I'll have to get some video of my huge dude up soon.

take care all
