It has been just shy of 4 months since we recieved the diagnosis for
Brandy's bone cancer. She was given 6-8 weeks at that time. This
morning I knew that she was losing the battle. The vet will be over
(yes he does make house calls) in the morning to help her over the
bridge. She will be missed by all who have known her and will leave a
big empty place on the couch but I know that she has spent her life
with us being loved. I am happy that we adopted her...."our baby
girl".

Maureen,

Your love and excellent caretaking helped give you and Brandy this
extra time together. Cyberhugs to you both. It has been almost two
years since I helped my dear Liza along her way. The memories of her
grand spirit still fill my heart as I am certain Brandy's will do for
you.
