I'm goin' with Hasler's opinion on this one.
Hasler's opinion on abscesses is that they need to be dug out.
Get the vet out to look at him. Could be an abscess, but they don't
usually "brew" for that long.

First, I was talking about soaking. Second, they do take that long to
*brew* around here. Third, vet on the way.
My Fred is lame also, came up lame on Thurs. Was running around in t.o.
bucking thought he was just feeling good, but during his lesson came up
lame. The girl that leases him from me rode this moring and said if feels
like its up high, maybe back, I rode him on Friday didn't feel anything, Vet
is coming out Monday, so I will have him look a him again. He had his hocks
done about 3 weeks ago and he was feeling great. Money, money money,
horses, horses, horses
