I wish I could say I thought so. But she shows no sign of any pain

Ouch.It will be *very* interesting to hear what the vet & chiro say.
If it turns out to be very long term, I'd say she goes back home with
the suggested treatment regimen accompanying her.
That is the most likely scenario at this time. But tomorrow is
another day.
I hope Her Royal Queen Bee Of The Pasture lets poor Jinks alone in the
meanwhile.
How's he doing?
He's OK - bute and antibiotics, X-rays to follow if the swelling isn't
down tomorrow. She smacked him right over the splint bone - might
have cracked it. And the wound is deep.
When she gets mad, she gets mad.
Sadie is separated for now, so Jinks is getting plenty of rest. HeSilly boy, attracted to a Femme Fatale.
looks very, very happy to be near her, but safely behind a fence.
She is trying to chew her way back to the boys.Beaver in a horse body.
Over all, things are quiet.Good.
