Wow, did you have all that done within one appointment or several just
over the course of your recent time off? Or was the most recent
appointment just for the last part of the list above, placing the
implants? My daughter is getting a bone graft on the 3rd, then an
implant a couple months later, then it will be crowned a couple months
later. I thought spacing it out that way was the only way to do it
but your statment above makes it sound like it happened so quickly for
you... ???

A local large animal vet had some work done to his top incisors; it
looks like for a while he had a bridge and then changed to implants
(which look much better!) I imagine in your line of work those teeth
are in constant peril.
