Twelve miles? After you train the horse that doesn't want to be trained,
would you mind terribly giving these folks a clue about saddle placement?

Oddly, I've rarely been thanked for correcting anyone's saddle placement -
even if they asked me what I thought of it first...

Evidently the conventional wisdom is that that's what the elbows are for -
to stop the girth from moving forward...sigh...
