I *love* this horse. What a guy! Beautiful mover and very pleasing
to the eye.
Your position is actually fundamentally good. But to my eye, (and
my eye ain't perfect) you are a tad tense in your shoulders. I think,
because you want to be perfect. But tension is a razor - it affects
how you apply the aids.
So my advice is - let them shoulders relax! Before you go in the
dressage arena, do some sort of tension releasing exercises so
they are soft and sort of floppy.
Now is that easy? Just ask me, the queen of the "I'm tense" tee
shirt. It ain't. :-D
But I see a lot good in your performance. I think you are starting
a good partnership.
Just relax. Over-achieving Spidey will thank you.
Now soldier on. You will get those scores you need.
