I was giving him bute for pain. Also, since I'm not completely sure it is an
abscess (though things are pointing that way) as an anti-inflammatory -
these rainy days must be playing havoc with his arthritis, I know it is with
mine.

I am bringing the salts and soaking boot over tomorrow. I also have some
stuff (I forget what it's called; it's like a grayish pastey clay that is
used to pack feet), I'll bring that as well. I haven't talked to the vet,
I'll try to get him again tomorrow morning (it's usually easier to reach him
in the morning).
