Ah, this is the woman who has been "victimized" by every equine buyer,
seller, vet, farrier, feed store opeator, butcher, baker, and
candlestick maker in the Golden State. "Half ***" appears to be her
normal position.


All this conjecture is a moot point. The neighbor should not be shooting in
an area where animals live at pasture. Period. It does not matter what his
brain, or lack of brain's present state is, the shooting is not appropriate.

Cindi, call the cops. Find out what the law is in your area. Sic him.
