home as well as home sales search in the area. I had to sign up for
access.

It might be helpful, but then again, it might be rigged to only show
properties that sold in the higher percentages of the market to through
us off and help out the market.

www.zillow.com does _not_ require sign up. Neither have I received any
emails since accessing the site. On the other hand, I couldn't find my
son's house - and I _know_ it exists! In fact, with their satelite
photos, I could even _see_ it, but it wasn't marked with their little
"house" icon. Velly intellesting....
