US Border restrictions on imported grapes from Canada

Do any home winemakers bring grapes in from Canada?
I know there are American concord juice processors that bring tons of grapes
from Niagara to NY every year and vice a versa from California. But can a
home winemaker bring a few bushels of grapes (or juice) from Canada
(Niagara) to New York or Michigan without issues?

thanks

Joe
