Weather is changeable here, one minute sunny and bright next overcast and
dismal, the wind started up again today (thurs) but we are expected to have
a bright Easter weekend with it clearing up tomorrow etc...fingers crossed.

Filled with love....
Well the Crab Apple trees are now in full bloom, I see the speres of the
blue bells coming through, which will soon give a huge mass carpet of
blues underneath the light lilac clematis, Daffodils are out in huge
drifts across the borders and tulip tips and crocus are showing.
The Great Tits, are busy packing in moss and grass into their nesting
box, The willow has it's little furry balls dangling, and the japanese
Cherry looks about to burst into flower too.
With all this rebirth going on, my thoughts turn to the lambs in the
fields, and of the exciting new fleeces waiting for me to buy and turn
into exciting new yarns, for either the loom or the dpns's for socks,
throws or whatever takes my fancy.
dye plants aren't ready to make an appearance yet, they are still hiding
underground, but notice on my walks across the fields that the cow
parsley is now two inches out of the ground, soon they will be two feet
high and presenting me with the white flower heads that will make the
most amazing banana colour dye.
Easter is just next weekend, and Edward returns to college on the
following Wednesday...wow has he changed, so much more grown up, and more
able in his own ways.
Still a bit blowy here, but nothing like some weathers I know my friends
across the 'pond' have been experiencing. Although it is true to say,
that more northerly parts of our little Island, are still experiencing
snow....brrr.
The sky is blue, the sun is shining, and white fluffy clouds hurry across
the sky, not stopping here today.
So life, goes on, in it's never ending circle, and with these thoughts, I
wish you all a Happy Eastertime.
hugz Cher
