Last time I saw my Dr he insisted I get more exercise. But slowly and

I get down to the mailbox and have to sit and wait before I can get

walking because if I get somewhere and can't get back, well it's
embarrassing and scary.
So I've been looking at machines and thinking about it and yesterday
we went to the mall for a salad spinner and came home with a
treadmill. It was a return, the people had it a week and didn't like
it. Heh. So we got a $900 machine for $275 plus more for an extended
warranty.
I won't be buying fabric for a long, long time and this summer's
planned class is now canceled. But I think I can get my blood pressure
back in the human range and maybe feel a bit better. It's in front of
the television in the basement. There's no sunshine, air conditioning
in summer and heat in winter, and a bathroom for if the wall hits me
hard as it sometimes does and I can't pop a nausea pill fast enough.
Impulse. My middle name. Anybody know any good DVD''s about quilting
(real cheap hehehe)?

One place you might check for used exercise equipt. is a chain of
stores called "Play It Again Sam". We bought a Treadmill and a Weight
machine for less than half of the cost of the same machines new.
Exercise equipt. is one of those things that is often purchased with
great intent but sold after little use. Not sure if those stores are
located everywhere in the country, but there is probably a local
equivalent near you. My wife uses the treadmill while watching "Ellen"
every day. She makes it part of her daily activity. I ride bikes so
that is my way of maintaining my slim trim boyish figure. Ya Right!
