Now see working in a leather shop, be it anywhere in the range from
tack to "personal accessories" to hides and fur would be something I
would enjoy. I actually make more money sewing for people who want
fetish clothing than I do sewing for fancy dress or weddings. So
selling somebody elses stuff wouldn't be so bad. Unless it was one of
those places that sells tacky cheap pleather and fun fur instead of
the real deal. (G)
In a cheap shop like that I don't know if I could keep from saying "Oh
please don't buy that piece of junk! Let me make you something nice
that will last ten times as long for just twice as much as this
costs!"

I am so snarly about cheap junk sold at premium prices. I don't know
as I would be fit to work retail anyplace except serious quality
boutiques.

LQS and, Karen, a bookstore wouldn't be good for me either!! I'd spend my

and never have, what would be the ultimate retail store job you'd love
working in, if you had to have or choose one and please say why.
