Gosh that is really great. I love all the color. Maybe you can just serge the edges instead of hemming each one?

Someone here suggested using sashing, which I thought was a great idea. I eventually persuaded the teacher (although I later found out she didn't have a clue what I meant, even though I drew a sketch and everything), and my sister Stephanie helped me assemble the banner. It took two of us a whole day.
