Karen shared a copy of the Word version. It is basically comprised of
multiple tables. You can sort any one table -- but that ONLY sorts the data
on that table -- and then is no longer follows with the rest of the data. A
good way to really confuse everything up!

I'll play and see what I can come up with.

I received the spread*** version of the directory. Is the Word version
in a table? In tabbed columns?

I need to know the set up before I can give you directions.

I'll also email Karen and ask for a Word copy -- then I can understand
the setup and I'll post directions here in the group as to how to sort.

i have double and triple checked the addy and it is ok.
