Sounds cool. But that won't work for DS and his girlfriend in the Peace
Corps. She has a cell phone that works from almost anywhere in the
country (believe it or not!), but she has to use internet cafes when
she's in a city. They need phone to phone access.

Same here -- we use it to talk with relatives in New Zealand (from
