I just read all the posts I love all the support. I'd be lost without
this group.. I stayed over 2 nights. Today I had another surgery to instal
the port for the chemo. Reality hit me today and I broke down crying before
surgery. I would like to go back in time or jump ahead in time...I just
dread what is ahead. I now have a stage name...it's Invasive Ductlal
Carcinoma ..stage two..... 3 of the 5 nodes tested positive. It keeps
becoming a nightmare. The chemo begins on the 24th of May. I've basically
had 3 surgeries in 2 weeks. I need just a week to recoup but then again I
need a muga scan and a bone scan yet. I think by the time I get the chemo
hopefully I will be done with tests. I also won a make-over for Mother's
Day at a salon. I am excited about that. I entered on a radio station. I
get treated like a Queen...hopefully I will still have hair then...it's on
the 5th of June...if not they can wax my head.

Don't worry about the bone scan, Pami -- it's a matter of lying on a
table and watching a machine move above you. I have it done regularly
because of my osteoporosis, and nothing even touches you -- totally
painless. :)

Congratulations on the make-over! It couldn't have gone to someone who
deserved it more right now. Hang in there and keep that positive
attitude. We're all pulling for you. :)
