Apart from passing the annual School Audit with reasonable colours,
principal comes up to me today and gives me my keys back (yay!) and also

appointment letter. Sign and give back to her and she says "We'll do
bitsperformance review soon which will entitle you to move up a grade". I
remarked that that would be good as I know my contracts have been in
OMG -and pieces rather than a continuous 12 months. Then came the clanger -

we'll backdate it to when it was due". That was start of term one!
