been searching, still cant find a name or the block.
its a simple sq in sq with only two corners done on it.
when a bunch are side by side, u get a 6 pointed skewed star.
very easy and nice effect. great for siggys as its simple yet not plain.

do you plan on doing any piecing on the siggy block?
i was thinking if we did two opposite corners in diff coloured triangles
they would come together when laid side by side in a star. easy to do and
gives a great effect.
cant recall what this star is called tho. argh. i'll have to google for
it.
nope cant find it. simple concept, bummer.
i'm still stumped on what to do for the actual mini block tho.
i'm thinking a 4 patch with seeds appliqued on top on the diagonal.
i better get my boots on, eh.
i hope mine will counter the really complicated blocks i'm sure some will
do.
my idea is rather simple. oh dear, what to do...
