Thanks to Jessamy and Jeanne for trying to help me. It wasn't the firewall,
Jeanne. I disabled it and still can't make the change. I sent a problem
form to Yahoo so will see what they have to say.

I'm setting up new computer and can't remember or find out to change the
name as it appears on the contact list. I prefer using the person's real
name rather than Yahoo ID.
