embroidery machine

I am trying to get my DH to buy me an embroidery machine for my birthday
Monday. I wanted to know from everyone that has one which is the best to
get. I saw the Disney brother one at Wal-Mart but I don't know if I can get
other designs or if they only have Disney designs. What about other
formats? Any help would be great.
