Cruise Control Question

Okay folks, the wiff has never been happy with her Grace quilting frame
and Juki TL98E machine. Big investment, no payoff. Now we've found
out why. He mother was visiting and told her that the feed dogs
weren't working.
Juki is repaired and the whole thing works like magic. Okay, time for
an upgrade.
Aside from an APSQ or going the whole hog on a Bernina or whatnot with
a stitch regulator, I found this:

Anyone here ever use one? Comments? Comparison to the Bernina or the
Husky? I know a lot of these are now coming out on the market. Just
need some ideas.
