It's a secret "pal" type thing. Must at least send a card once a month - you find out who it is at the end of a year --- ummm there is a $15 a month limit. Think that's it :) If I missed anything I am sure someone will let you know/

well, I have 18 people signed up so far, and have tentatively matched
some up already based on willingness (or not) to exchange overseas.
There are 11 days left to sign up...make sure you sign up for the
directory as that closes before this swap does!!!
