Re: But very, very important to me

1. Okay, I haven't had children, so that's out for me. Believe it or not,
the thing I remember seeing that brought tears to my eyes and took my breath
away was the first quilt I saw when I walked into the museum in Paducah. You
know how some people get all weak in the knees and ga-ga when they see a
celebrity? Well, that's what happened when I finally saw some of those
beautiful works of art that I had admired in magazines and books for so many
years.

2. I'd like to say it was my wedding day, but to be honest, I was so nervous
(and I so dislike being the center of attention), that I didn't really enjoy
it! I have two things that tie for the top honor, though. The first was a
cruise DH and I took to the Western Caribbean. That's the only trip I've
ever taken where I've cried when it was over. Second, the first time I saw
my DB and DSIL's children - they were adopted, and my sisters and mother and
I were at the airport watching them get off the plane and my heart was so
full I could hardly stand it!
