Re: shrunk roman shades :o(



I made Roman shades for my son's townhouse. What I didn't take into
consideration was after they had hung in place a few weeks they began
to take creases from being in the open position. This caused them to
be two inches shorter than planned. The crease doesn't look bad, in
fact it looks natural. The problem is the thin line of bright sunlight
that comes in at the bottom window. These are in his media room which
he wants absolutely dark. Fortunately I have some leftover fabric and
plan to add a folded piece along the bottom. Hopefully I will just be
able to staple it into the wood slat that runs along the bottom.
