high shank vs low shank quilting foot

Hello group, I've signed up for a machine quilting class at the local
extension office. The list of requirements inclused a walking foot and a
quilting/darning foot. How do I know if my machine a Janome 4623 le plus
needs a high shank or a low shank foot? Any help appreciated. Alice
