She had her pencil 6 inches away from her stitching, but then I started
wrestling with my sister and we not only got the two closer than they
were, but we got pencil all over her stitching. Eraser just smears the
grey around the fabric and doesn't do anything on the thread.
Does anyone know a good way to get pencil off stitching and save my life?

I use a Prang White Vinyl Block Eraser from Dixon. It works good to remove
pencil marks from fabric.
