Hang in there, Caryn, keep your sense of humour - make a bet on how many of
the so-and-sos you`ll get in in one day, perhaps. You could even
(politely!) tell them what number they are on the list! LOL!
At the same time, build on your "thick skin"!!! I had a lot of this when
helping in my Dad`s shop, many years ago. You have to keep smiling at all
times - it`s the best way of getting your own back on a nasty customer and
annoys them like heck! (Of course they may tell everyone you`re insane, but
what the hell!)
