OT: A over week in...so far so good!

Well, I've survived over a week of working at the local mall, biking
the 8 miles there and back 4 of the 5 days I work, and getting the kids
back on a school schedule.
It's getting a bit easier, I'm less tired. I feel less lost about how
things work at work. Lots of rules to follow when it comes to what
gets put where when inventory comes in. Sorta confusing and
overwhelming at first, but I'm getting the hang of it.
Boss is pleased by how well I'm doing, says I've picked it up faster
than he did! lol
I think the biggest challenge now is getting dinner on the table at a
reasonable hour. Seems like I can't just come straight home from work,
that somebody needs something from somewhere on my route home every
day! I'm sure that will improve once their teachers stop giving out
new demands for new school supplies tho!
Weirdest thing, last Thursday out of nowhere my elbow started to hurt,
was worse whenever it touched anything, but hurts to bend and
straighten as well. Saw doc today (today's reason for coming home an
hour late!) and she said my nerve is swollen. No idea why, no injury,
just started to swell!
Figures doesn't it? :-)
