Define "Living Wage".

In many areas that's $5/hr. and employers can't even find burger flippers
for less than $10/hr. - and THOSE can't speak more than a few words of
English.

Unfortunately, far too many states pay worthless leeches even more than
that to stay home, make babies (for which the States' Taxpayers pay), and
smoke their dope.

Illiterate unskilled labor isn't worth $100,000/year outside of The
Peoples' Republik Of Kalipornia. (It isn't worth that INSIDE the PRK
either.)
