You have it. They're called Wal-Mart and Target. They have brand-name and
designer stuff, in case you're feeling frisky. But they also have
Depression-style generic clothes, if you're so disposed.
I buy my jeans from Costco for $12.99. People in my crowd have declining
vision, and can't read the labels, anyway. <g>
I'm very happy with my Wranglers as long as they are 'relaxed' fit. I'll
let you imagine
what 'relaxed' really means. ;)

Yeah, my wife got me a pair of those once. I wrapped them around me and tied
them with a couple of strings to keep from tripping over them. d8-)
