Yet the Media hypes it as worse than the Great Depression.

I'm glad to hear things are great in SoCal. Tain't so in the Midwest.

Tain't so in SoCal either and the worst has yet to come.
Fully twenty percent of the state is now below the poverty line.
That is more than six million people.
