OT: 2nd Amendment case
The Supreme Court's opinion DC v Heller case should be out next week --
likely Monday, Wednesday, or Thursday. The smart money now expects the
individual right to be upheld and the DC handgun ban to be declared
unconstitutional. But there is a lot more to the case that will be of even
greater importance than either of those issues.
