Yep----that's what we have-----a high speed connection. Gets right up to
26.4 kbps routinely. :-(

We're stuck with a dialup, and we live where there is no prospect of
anything faster-----not unless there's a huge change in technology, anyway.
Funny thing is, we used to hook up as fast as 52,000, with 49,333 routine.
Now we're lucky to get beyond the 26.4. Our ISP upgraded their equipment
for better performance. I noted they were cautious to not tell me ours
would be included with those that got improved service.
