That's easy, since Bush didn't sign the Kyto treaty the temperatures has
risen and the rubber of the trucks tires overheated sooner than expected
causing it to change handling characteristics on the hot concrete thus
making the driver lose control and causing the accident. The question we
need to ask is how did Carl Rove determine where to place the thermite
charges and did any of the attorneys that Alberto Gonzales fired know about
it in advance.
