$62,858 for a turnkey 30 x 50 x 16 high 29 ga. metal building. Two big
doors, three small doors, four windows, four skylights, gutters,
insulated, and two gable end vents.
Steve
It seems high.
Paid $18,000 for a 21'x60 foot "addition" to my shop. Yes, it only took
three walls since it was added to my existing 60x40. Included 6" wire
re-enforced slab. During construction we asked for some extras. Insulation
under the slab, heating tubes in the slab 12" on center, flip the 2"x6"
perimeter lumber horizontal so I can add 6" insulation at a later date,
remove ALL of my roof on the 40x60 and re-roof with new metal and
insulation, slip some ABS pipe into the slab for a future bathroom. The
extras added another $3500 to the price. BTW, 6 windows and 2 man doors.
THE IN-FLOOR RADIANT HEAT IS SUPERB!!!!
Northern Oregon, 2004 prices.
