I pulled mine by hand once from 225'. 1" sch.80 PVC in 10' sticks,
full of water, plus #12 wire. My wife operated the slip and handled
the wire and rope slack. I may have grunted a little and cussed once
or twice. I bet she'd encourage me to buy my own pump truck if the
alternative was helping pull that thing by hand again. ;-)
