I just received my new Barley Crusher and am ready to do some damage. One
question for anyone who has used the BC: where should I start with the
spacing on the rollers? The instructions say that the gap is set "at .039
thousands of an inch at assembly". I understand the need to prevent stuck
sparges, etc., but in the interest of saving grain, is this a good place to
start?

I found my marks to be .045. Do find need to change it for wheat or
send it thru a second time.
