Was expecting around 1.20, thats where I ended up last time but had
a slightly lower SG (1.097). Going to try the big starter route,
hopefully that does the trick. If not, its getting kegged and drank
as-is. Thanks for the advice guys, wish me luck!

Anything different about the recipe this time? Even things like the
brand of extract used, or a slightly different mash temp? Aeration and
pitching rates are also super critical for a big beer like that. Your
current attenuation of 71% isn't terrible, just not quite as high as you
had before (79%). Having a higher OG this time will probably make the FG
be higher just by itself.

You can try getting it started again, but I'm not convinced you'll have much
luck. I think you've gotten pretty much what you're going to get from this
batch. I have a hard time believing that it would have gotten as far as it
has and then gotten stuck, at least not in such a way as it would be easy
to get it restarted.
