You can have a signature file. You have to first make a data file in Word
Pad or some such, and link to it by going to Tools, then Account settings.
Click on the account you want to set up a signature for, and click the box
next to "attach this signature" and either type in or browse to the location
of the data file you created. There is a plug in called "Signature Switch"
that you you can download from their website, or you can just create
multiple documents..one for each email account. I found the latter to be
easier anyway. Hope that helps.
