1) Paris-Distribution was the service dealing with delivery in Paris central post-office. This postmark is generally not striken onto the stamp, however it's not uncommon.
According to A. Leconte (Plan de Paris, 1971), in 1936 the main distribution centre for the 11th arr. was at 21, rue Bréguet. In the mid 60s it was relocated to 103, av. de la République. There were also a few secondary collection centres distributed throughout the arrondissement.

Sorry about that one, I was not really with it and did not notice it was "Paris XI".
:-( And I am supposed to live there, just a 10 min. walk !
The Paris 11th district main office (Paris XI) was located:
from 1910 to 1965: 31 rue Mercoeur (which then became Paris 112)
from 1965 up to now: 21 rue Bréguet.
I don't know about 103 avenue de la République. In my book this has been Paris 65 since 1933.
